Fayetteville: As one of the area's cultural hubs, Fayetteville is experiencing exceptional demand, with a diverse range of properties drawing both local and out-of-state buyers. Fayetteville ranked most recently as the 2nd hottest national small city rent market boasting a 96% occupancy (Read More Here).
Bentonville: Known for its corporate presence and family-friendly atmosphere, Bentonville's real estate market remains active, with modern amenities and picturesque neighborhoods attracting attention. Bentonville saw a staggering 10.7% growth in median price year over year.
Rogers: This dynamic city's housing market continues to see fluctuations, offering a variety of housing options to cater to different buyer preferences we saw the median home price in Rogers in June drop 10% year over year.
